• Assessment Data: Responses to 47 leadership questions, scores, reflection notes
• Coaching Data: Conversations with Drew's AI, action items, goals
• 360 Feedback: Reviewer names/emails (for invitations), anonymous feedback responses

2.2 Automatically Collected

• Device information (model, OS)
• App version and platform
• Usage analytics (anonymized)
• Error logs

We do NOT collect: Location, contacts, photos, calendar, health, or financial data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide leadership assessment and scoring
• Generate AI-powered coaching insights
• Facilitate 360-degree feedback
• Track progress over time
• Send notifications (with your permission)
• Improve app performance and features

4. Data Storage & Security

Infrastructure: Hosted on Supabase (EU/UK data centers)

5. Third-Party Services

Supabase (Database)

Stores all app data securely. Privacy Policy

Anthropic Claude (AI Coaching)

Processes your scores and chat messages for coaching insights. No personally identifiable information shared. Privacy Policy

SendGrid (Email)

Sends 360 feedback invitations. Privacy Policy

We NEVER:

• ❌ Sell your data to third parties
• ❌ Use your data for advertising
• ❌ Share for marketing purposes

6. 360 Feedback Anonymity

Our Commitment:

• Individual responses are anonymous
• Minimum 2 respondents required before results shown
• Comments displayed without attribution
• Only aggregated data visible to subject

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

• Access: View all your data anytime
• Correct: Update your information in-app
• Delete: Request account deletion (completed within 30 days)
• Export: Download your data in JSON/PDF format
• Restrict: Control notification preferences
• Object: Withdraw consent (account will be closed)

8. Data Retention

• Active accounts: Data retained while account is active
• Inactive accounts: Deleted after 2 years
• Deleted accounts: Permanently removed within 30 days

9. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for professional adults (16+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. You'll be notified via email and in-app of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
